Room 419 definitely needs reviewing. labeling it as a superior room is misleading given how small the bathroom is, and the high window means you need to be part acrobat to open it. The shower in my room had a tendency to send water flooding onto the floor, making a quick rinse less than relaxing.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. However, the room was quite small and noisy at night.

I had a lovely stay at Central-Hotel Kaiserhof. The staff was exceptionally attentive and spoke English fluently, which made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a wide variety of delicious options.

Clean spacious room with comfy beds and lovely old school windows letting in a nice breeze. The bathroom was well-equipped and pleasant to use. Plus, having a free minibar was a nice touch! 😊

the shower was great but the ventilation in the bathroom was too loud. the breakfast had a wide variety and good coffee. the location is super convenient just two minutes from the station. staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Central-Hotel Kaiserhof truly exceeded my expectations! The breakfast spread was delightful, especially with the unique avocado toast that made each morning special. Plus, the hotel's location across from the central station was perfect for my solo adventures, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness and comfort of my Standard Single Room added to my overall satisfaction, making me feel right at home.

The Standard Single Room was super cozy and quiet, which I loved! The bed had a great mattress, and those two pillows were a real treat. The room design was stylishly retro and really charming. It was bright and clean, and I appreciated the kettle and minibar. The bathroom shower was excellent too! Only downside was it could get a bit hot since there’s no air conditioning, especially in summer. But overall, it was a nice space to relax after a day out.

The staff at breakfast were fantastic , made us feel welcomed everyday. The meals we had in the restaurant were top notch , service was really good.

It wasn’t cheap but acceptable for what you get.
